About
I am a Certified Jira and Confluence Administrator. I have long experience, in the IT industry having worked for both software houses and the banking and finance sector. I have 10 years experience with Jira. For the last 3 years have worked for a large digital agency providing Jira/Confluence infrastructure, supporting shared services for the agency's major client, a global electronics brand with 15 EU subsidiary offices.
I am familiar with working in corporate environments with large numbers of users and high volumes of Jira issues. My recent roles involved working with multiple concurrent projects for varied cross border distributed teams and time zones - US, EMEA and Korea.
I moved to Jira from a software development background - primarily server side Java. From small software companies to major international banks, I have fulfilled roles as web and middleware developer, team lead, DBA & architect. But my current passion is helping people to use Jira & Confluence to empower teams and streamline processes.
